Am I nature myself, am I part of nature, or am I in nature?

Is this body the same as the moss that lies beneath my feet? Does it move, pulse, and live as intensely as my heart and the blood flowing through my veins?

Do my feet belong here on this moss, or is the combination strange? Is it uncomfortable and unnatural? Do I still belong in nature, so many thousands of years after my origin, that of walking through life on two legs?

Have I become supernatural by now, or is the difference I now see merely learned and just fiction?

A haze before my eyes that conceals how I myself every day
at every moment
within myself
from outside and inside
am always in my own natural environment.
